Founder/President of the Ground Zero Crew, BeBe led his crew to International Championship status, whilst solidifying his place as a leading soloist. BeBe is also the creator of the Legendary, International event “Who Can Roast The Most?”, which has showcased the World’s contemporary Bboy talent, in premier exhibition matches for over a decade.
History -
BeBe Breakaway (Alejandro Fernandez), began dancing in 1994 in Miami, Florida at the young age of 12. In 1999 he performed along side Hip-Hop Pioneer Ken Swift (Rock Steady Crew, 7Gems)at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. By 2000, he was traveling to Europe to compete Internationally. In 2002 he became the first Miami B-boy to not only represent, but also win a World Battle in Japan, and was awarded a Championship belt for an outstanding performance. That same year GZC won the U.S. National B-Boy Championship, Out For Fame, making them the first East Coast Crew to attain this title. Bebe & GZC have appeared on CBS’s Star Search and Mo-Town’s 45th Anniversary show. BeBe has traveled the World extensively competing, judging, and teaching. He holds the record being the only two time Rock Steady Crew, International Battle Federation Champion in history. BeBe has 18 years experience. Bebe also teaches and practices Kundalini Yoga & Meditation.He is also an avid fan of Bass music and a DJ. In 2008, BeBe was bestowed the high honor of receiving the Spy Award, for his noteworthy commitment, years of steadfast dedication, and tremendous impact on the Bboy world at large.

DJ Bebe – Bebe pronounced (Bay Bay) began his career in breaks in 1994 as the founding member of Ground Zero Crew (Miami’s Internationally recognized World Champion B-Boy Crew). Dancing to Electro, Florida Breaks, and Freestyle early on as a B-Boy, blessed Bebe with an ear for body rocking bass. Applying the same passion that made him an International legendary B-Boy into DJing was a natural progression. Since 06 Bebe has been dropping serious basslines. Within just a few years he has already rocked at events such as Future Sound Of Breaks, Candy Land, AMF, Booty Breaks, and has shared stages with the likes of DJ Icey, FreQ Nasty, Freestylers, Deekline, Baby Anne, Agent K & Bella, Exzakt, Merlyn, $uper Geniu$, and many more. Bebe is also a resident DJ at Free Bass at Chalk Miami Beach’s premiere weekly bass music night. In addition to spinning on his head and on the decks , Bebe has become a super promoter producing several of his own independent brand of events all over the World.
